Instructions for Commerical Use

1. Use 7 oz of powder for each 1 gallon of water.
2. Following this ratio, dissolve Dezcal powder in hot water.
3. Pour the dissolved solution into the water tank of the machine.
4. Turn the machine on and begin the brew cycle.
5. Rinse all parts and repeat with clean water twice.
